  • We accept visa, master card, discover, debit cards cash and checks.
  • Custom orders and large repair jobs require a 50% deposit.
Requirements for Use
All Customers must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of their legal guardian or parent to use this web site. In addition, every customer must be the true actual owner of any and all property sold to, or attempted to be sold to Cassello Jewelers. All customers must be acting on their own behalf, or have legal documentation to act on the behalf of another. Cassello Jewelers may, require positive identification for all transactions involving the purchase/sale of the customers articles.

Guarantee Against Loss
When mailing packages, Cassello Jewelers will use the US Postal system, with insurance for the customer's protection.
Cassello Jewelers offers no guarantee against loss due to postal failure, damaged packages, or lost mail.
Cassello Jewelers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse delivery of any mail, envelope or package which appears to be damaged.
Any such mail, envelope or package will be returned by the post office to the customer.
Cassello Jewelers shall have no liability to any customer for any such attempted delivery or return of any such items.
Cassello Jewelers suggests that any customer who wishes to sell items, either (1) bring them in person, or (2) mail them through the US Postal Service with the proper amount of insurance.

Limitation of Liability
This limitation of liability shall be binding on each and every customer, and any third party, including, but not limited to, the customer, its successors, assigns, insurance carriers and any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim to customer's transactions.
In no event shall Cassello Jewelers be liable to any third party, including any insurance carrier. Cassello Jewelers shall not be liable for any subrogation claim from the customer's insurance carrier, and by submitting an item to Cassello Jewelers, customer expressly and specifically waives any such subrogation claim brought on his or her behalf as well as on the behalf of his or her insurance carrier.
Cassello Jewelers liability is limited to any damages incurred expressly by Cassello Jewelers. The sum of this liability would be dependent upon the replacement value and or the appraised value of the particular item, job, repair, or purchase.
Customer/ seller expressly acknowledges and agrees that if there is no appraisal which was issued prior to the damage of any item, Cassello Jewelers will reserve the right to appraise the damaged items at pre-damaged condition, which will determine the value for replacement.
Cassello Jewelers shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profit or opportunity, other than set forth herein above.
By submitting the item, customer explicitly and expressly accepts this limitation of liability.

Verbal Offers
Any customer wishing to sell items to Cassello Jewelers may not receive a verbal offer, until such time as the items have been thoroughly inspected/ appraised by Cassello Jewelers.

Verbal Estimates for Purchases and Repairs
 All verbal agreements made by Cassello Jewelers are understood and binding, within one week of the date of the estimate.
