Q: How do I get started in selling my stuff?
A: Open the SELL page and click START.  It's that easy.
 
Q: What do you do with my gold?
A: We make custom jewelry and gold pieces to suit our customers needs. We melt down the gold in order to make new pieces.
 
Q: What do you buy?
A: We buy old, broken or unwanted jewelry, gold, silver, platinum, estate pieces, loose gems, coins, casino chips, and various collectibles.
 
Q: I have an old watch.  Will you take it?
A: Call,email, or use our friendly contact form and find out!
 
Q: How do you determine what I will get for my old jewelry?
A: Most gold and silver items are bought/sold by weight, according to the daily gold/silver price index. Estate pieces and collectibles are carefully appraised to determine their value.
 
Q: Do you accept gold and/or silver as trade-ins?
A: Yes, we do accept gold and/or silver articles as trade-ins towards new purchases.
 
Q: Do you do the jewelry repairs on the premises?
A: Yes, we do MOST fine jewelry repairs on the premises.
 
Q: Are watch repairs also done on the premises?
A: Some watch repairs are done on the premises, but we prefer to speak to you either in person or over the phone regarding any watch repairs.
